Sorry about the late post, everybody! I know you were all just clutching your electronic devices all day waiting for an update from us.
Whaddia mean you’ve got lives?!
Anyway, I really can’t take credit for this recipe today. All credit goes to my mum. These super easy and delicious popsicles were a staple in my house growing up. I remember many happy afternoons spent devouring these tasty grape (usually) treats. Sometimes they were orange, but we always preferred grape. There is a photo of literally every grandchild in our family with purple yogurty goodness all over their face because it’s kind of fun to watch a two year old try and manipulate a big lump of frozen yogurt into their tiny mouths. And they take forever to eat them so they’re usually wearing most of it by the end.
My mum even used the same Tupperware popsicle containers, except mine are the cute Disney-themed ones (Lookit the little Mickey ears!!). So, whipping up a batch of these tasty popsicles brought back all the nostalgia feels.
All this recipe takes is some plain yogurt and a can of frozen juice concentrate of your choice. Mix them up together, pour them into your popsicle molds and freeze. Ta daa!! Delicious, inexpensive popsicles at your fingertips!
Prep: 5 sec Freeze: overnight

I am now eagerly waiting for my own batch to freeze so that I can eat one. Go ahead and give this one a try! Naturally this recipe isn’t written in stone, so try different combinations of yogurt and juices and let us know what you come up with!
