Speedy and Delicious Chicken Fajitas

I don’t know about you, but I’m a fan of meals that come together quickly. Fajitas are a pretty straight forward meal, and generally well received around our house. And they’re so versatile! Everyone can add their own toppings, and then everyone’s happy. Which is always a perk, in my book.

I whipped these up really quickly, and it was made even easier with our Southwestern Spice Mix  from a couple weeks ago. I just added spice until I felt it was sufficiently seasoned. Then we wrapped it up in tortillas with fresh lettuce, chopped tomatoes and salsa. We opted out of the sour cream and cheese that would usually go along with fajitas, but feel free to add them in your own bath! Also, avocado and cilantro would have been excellent additions, but we didn’t have any on hand. Next time, thought. It’ll be amazing.
So if you’re looking for an easy dinner tonight, look no further! Our Speedy Chicken Fajitas are just the thing.
